Podcast: Interview of James Kugel

CBC Radio interviews James Kugel about his book, How to Read the Bible.  Kugel talks about how he became interested in the field of modern biblical scholarship and the differences between biblical scholarship and traditional religious readings of the Bible.  He says he may be schizophrenic, but he believes it is possible to read the Bible both ways simultaneously.
